feat: zola init with kickstart template

Something like zola init foo --template="user/repo" would be pretty nice, and I think fairly easy to implement with kickstart lib. Though I'm not sure if that moves zola too far from "single binary" territory - I don't have strong intuitions about that.

(I searched the discourse and issues here and did not find any discussion of this functionality.)
