Bug: Moving files and folders via drag and drop does not work properly

Dragging and dropping of files and folders doesn't work in the following cases:

1. When the target folder is opened via drag-hover and the dragged item is dropped into the folder page
2. When the target folder is nested more than 1 level and target folder's parents are opened via drag-hover
