[BUG]: Entitlements are not Added to a Plan

Describe the bug I use the selfhosted version of Lago (latest version to this point 1.36). I created a Feature over the UI -> works as expected. I created a Plan and wanted to add the Feature as an Entitlement to the Plan. I can choose the Feature from the list and append it with all privileges -> hit save, plan is created but feature is not added. Edit the plan, append and configure it again, save, message: successfully updated, but entitlement is not present.

As i got told the Entitlement Feature is in this version available in the CE.
