Inverted colors in live view (blue becomes orange) on Samsung Galaxy A54 5G (SM-S546VL) + Chromebook – recorded video is correct

Environment scrcpy version: 4.1 (official Linux x86_64 binary) Phone: Samsung Galaxy A54 5G (SM-S546VL), Android 16 Computer: Chromebook running Crostini (Debian bookworm) OpenGL / Mesa: OpenGL 4.5 (Compatibility Profile) Mesa 22.3.6 Connection: USB Description When mirroring the phone, colors in the live scrcpy window are heavily inverted/distorted (blue appears orange, other colors are shifted). However, when I record with --record=test.mp4, the recorded video has correct colors. This suggests the problem is in the live rendering / OpenGL path on this Chromebook, not in the encoding from the phone. What I already tried Multiple video codecs: h264, h265, vp8 Hardware encoders (c2.exynos.) and software encoders (c2.android.) --render-driver=software LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 --no-mipmaps Different max-size / bitrate / fps settings Older scrcpy 3.3.1 (crashed on Android 16) Developer options: Disable HW overlays ON Various environment variables None of them fixed the inverted colors in the live window. Additional notes The issue started after a Chromebook factory reset + phone on Android 16. It previously worked on the same Chromebook with an earlier Android version on the phone. ChromeOS accessibility color correction settings do not affect the scrcpy window at all. Happy to provide more logs or test any patches.
