onChangeEndValue of slider is never equals 0

Description
On dragging slider to value=0, onChangeValue is updated with 0. However the onChangeEndValue remains unchanged. It is occuring due to v && setOnChangeEndValue(Math.floor(v)). Removing v && fixes the issue.
