Option to transfer files without duplicates

First of all: Thanks a lot for this great application!

(I hope this project is not dead yet because the last update was almost a year ago.)

I wanted to use OpenMTP to backup my photos. However, this is not really possible withour having to replace all files. The reason:

• To backup my photos I open a folder on my computer and my phones camera folder
• The folder on my computer contains all photos up to the last time I did a backup (e.g. 1000 photos)
• The camera folder on my phone contains all photos I've ever made with it (e.g. 1200)
• This means there are (1000) duplicates that exist in both

• However, I don't want to try to figure out which photos in my computers folder are duplicates
• I just want to mark all photos from my phone, drag them into my computers folder and have it only copy over the new photos
• I don't want to replace all the files again because this takes way longer and is a bit heavy on my MacBooks CPU

• On Microsoft this is solved very well because it would ask if you want to replace the duplicates or only copy those files that don't yet exist in the target folder
• In openMTP this is unfortunately not possible
• When it detects duplicates and I select "No" to the popup that askes me if I want to replace/merge the duplicates, it just aborts the whole transfer process

Could you add a feature that allows us to only transfer the remaining unique files and not the duplicates? "1000 duplicate files found. Only transfer remaining unique files?"

That would be very amazing, thanks a lot!
