Feedback on removal of Bootstrap theme in v7

The Bootstrap 4 and Bootstrap 5 theming system connectors will be removed in the FullCalendar v7 release. Some interest has been expressed in restoring them:

If at all possible, it would be quite helpful to keep at least the latest Bootstrap theme support included (as it was in the original 7rc's) (but then the theming has changed so much that I might not be following the changes and perhaps it is included in some way).

I'll think about restoring Bootstrap 5 support, it should be easy, though it'll have to happen post v7 final release. I would only restore it for the "classic" theme flavor. It would be purely for compatibility with v6 and would be phased out for v8
