[BUG] Back end bombs out frame_index

HI,

I run the install all is fine. I go to front end put in the prompt and its runs ok but than hangs on

The time is now 12.03

In the back end it looks like frame index got to 28% then stopped.

There is an output file that is choppy with no subtitles and audio hit and miss.

What am I missing?
