Open question for the reason why other maintainers were removed from the org

@arp242 could you provide the clear reasons why all other maintainers were removed from the org? Because this library is commonly used in the major OSS projects, including my employee's, I would like to hear your thoughts on this change, so that we can consider the usage of this library from a variety of aspects.
