[Bug] Auto-refresh settings ignored on feeds with errors

Describe the bug

There is an issue where feeds containing errors are not respecting their custom refresh settings. Instead of using the specific time interval you have selected, these feeds default to the original "Do not automatically refresh more often than" setting (1h).

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to your "Archiving" settings.
2. Set the default "Do not automatically refresh more often than" interval to 4h.
3. Select a feed that currently has an error and set its specific refresh interval to By default.
4. Observe that the feed updates more frequently than the 4-hour window you intended.

Expected behavior

The feed should follow your custom settings rather than reverting to the original value (e.g., 1h).
