I run deno run -Ar jsr:@fresh/update on my [email protected] app and it says:

error: JSR package manifest for '@fresh/update' failed to load. Import 'https://jsr.io/@fresh/update/meta.json' failed: 403 Forbidden

I can still visit the site. What happens?
