Issue Description
The Pull Request Roulette site (http://www.pullrequestroulette.com) is currently not displaying the expected content. Instead of the site, a Heroku error page is shown.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a web browser.
- Navigate to http://www.pullrequestroulette.com.
- Observe that the site does not load and a Heroku error page appears.
Expected Behavior
The website should be accessible and functional.
Actual Behavior
The site does not load properly and instead displays a Heroku error page. Possible causes could include server downtime, domain misconfiguration, or deployment issues.
