Search bar is non-functional on https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn

Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn
2. click on "Search 13,000+ ..." (top left of the screen)
3. type "javascript"
4. press enter
5. nothing happens

If you have the console open, you'll see a couple of relevant errors.
