HRMS / PWA Check In & Check Out form is not dynamic

On the employee facing interface, the check in and check out form is not dynamic besides for the Geolocation option. This is extremely frustrating since added form fields such as Project, or, Images cannot be added onto the client facing app, and in turn will error.

Please make the form fields dynamic rather then hard coding them in frontend/src/components/CheckInPanel.vue
