Better Employee Onboarding

An HR personnel needs to do a lot of on-boarding activities for every new employee that joins the company. Some right within the system, like sending an appointment letter, creating user for the employee, creating employee document, assigning important masters like holiday list and leave or optional masters like salary structure or shift. None of this is currently handled from employee on-boarding document. Users have to create templates for activities and follow them one by one. Plus on-boarding activities uses projects and tasks for individual activities which is an overkill for something that only needs to be a checklist. This issue plans to fix all these headaches.
