Absent Attendance should be created on the same day when Auto Update Last Sync is enabled

Currently, when Auto Update Last Sync is enabled in the Shift Type, the system creates the Absent Attendance for an employee one day later.

For example, if an employee is absent on 26-Aug-2026, the Absent Attendance is created on 27-Aug-2026 instead of being created for the actual attendance date.

Expected Behavior: When Auto Update Last Sync is enabled, the system should create the Absent Attendance on the same day for the applicable attendance date, without waiting until the following day.

Business Requirement / Impact: Same-day attendance status is required for accurate attendance monitoring and payroll processing. The current behavior causes a delay in attendance updates and may affect attendance verification and related HR/payroll processes.

Current Behavior: Absent attendance is created one day later when Auto Update Last Sync is enabled.

Requested Enhancement: Modify the attendance auto-update logic so that the system creates the Absent Attendance for the correct/current attendance date instead of creating it on the next day.
