Add "Type" to Job Card secondary items for QC Consumption

In pharmaceutical and food companies, the QC team comes to the production line and takes samples (for example, they take a label).

I think a "Type" should be added to the secondary items section of the Job Card, with an option like "QC Consumption". This way, the sample they take can be documented and clearly specified on the production document.

If we don't include this on the production document, the warehouse has to consume something they haven't actually seen. Also, that sample does not have the nature of "scrap", and if we record it as scrap, we cannot have clean reporting.
