Use Unicode punctuation, remove contractions

I cannot open pull request, because an owner of this repository has limited the ability to open a pull request to users that are collaborators on this repository.

This PR makes the text more formal and professional:

• Removes contractions (i. e. don't -> do not)
• Changes ASCII punctuation marks to Unicode ones

This pull request is follow-up of #7049
