Mentorship program

Alot of people on Dev.to are beginners, even more people who need guidance. I had a chat in the comments with Francis and they said they would like to mentor! So that gave me the idea, what if we add a Mentoring section to Dev.to, as a simple way for people to get in touch with someone who can guide them.

Describe the solution you'd like

How about we add a Mentor tab to Dev.to, where people can sign up as mentors, or choose a mentor to follow. These would be curated chats, where a mentor can post to their followers, or followers can ask the mentor direct questions. That goes hand-in-hand with the opportunity radar, which can be a way for mentors to push their followers to do something good for them! Eg. newbies in an area pushed to apply for internships.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe community tags, where people can be flagged as 'mentor worthy', kinda like community ambassadors who are trusted by the community to guide people.

Additional context

Please talk with Francis about it, they're way more clued up on what it'd take than I am. But overall, I'd say it's a pretty solid idea that will immediately get traction. I'm more than willing to create a PR for it, if you would like a prototype?
