Spam still goes through in the Notification box

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I still receive spam notification even though the message is deleted immediately on dev.to. I would assume the flow is something like this:

A Spam message is sent (mostly scams) and is fully sent ---> User gets notified ---> If the user views the comment in the notification, the user sees the message got deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be helpful if the message is Scan BEFORE it is sent completely. It would be something like this:

Message is sent ---> Scans if it is a spam ---> If not, notify the author that there is a new message. If so, delete it and DO NOT notify the author of the message that is confirm a spam.

It makes the notification inbox more cleaner and less visible to the scammers on dev.to
