Config.json includes unselected custom icons.

Description
The config.json file is apparently including custom icons that aren't selected. I have pasted the expected v actual json below. (This isn't a show stopper. It's easy to edit the config.json file manually. But just a heads-up.) Here's what the web UI is showing that illustrates the mismatch between the four selected icons compared to eight listed in the JSON manifest .
Before logging this issue, one experiment I tried as a mitigation is to cycle the selection on the custom icons to see whether that might clear a cache of some sort. In spite of that, downloading the archive again still shows custom icons in the manifest. AFAIK it has just started to happen recently, that is I've used the site for a long time and haven't ever seen this behavior before.
