Markdown formatting should be opt out

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am unable to use Foam in any of my main workspaces because some of the decisions you've made in the past conflict with other extensions and settings that are a better fit for me. Consequentially, I'm forced to use Foam in a separate workspace, and constantly switch windows. I'm, specifically, talking about footnote support and indenting. These features, in my opinion, don't belong in Foam, but if you are going to include them, they should be something I can opt out of.

Ideally, I'd like to see opt out settings for these markdown formatting features.

I've played around with other extension, but like the choices I've made.
