(Exact placement and whether it merits a star is entirely your call — this is the un-starred style matching the existing web-player entries like M3U IPTV and IPTV Player.)

What it is: A browser-based M3U/M3U8 playlist player — paste a playlist URL or upload an .m3u/.m3u8 file and play channels in the browser. No install; runs in any modern browser.

Why it might fit: The IPTV Players section already lists several web players (m3u-ip.tv, iptv-player.me, LivePush, ynoTV etc.). This is the same category.

Verification (tested 2026-09-17):

• https://freeiptvplayer.net/iptv-player/ loads (HTTP 200) with the M3U Playlist URL input and .m3u/.m3u8 file upload present in the page; playback runs in-browser.
• Core playback works without an account — this was independently confirmed during a public troubleshooting exchange on LITUATUI/M3UPT#212 earlier this month, where a third party loaded a playlist and played a channel on the site without registering.
• Register/login exists on the site for saving preferences and accessing extra playlist collections (country/language lists), but is not required for the basic URL/file → play flow.
• Not currently listed — checked https://api.fmhy.net/single-page and searched the repo for "freeiptvplayer" (0 matches, no prior open/closed suggestion).
