#2824·fluxer

Videos get cropped in fullscreen mode.

Author: ZackMercuryCreated Sep 17, 2026Updated Sep 17, 2026

Observed behaviour

In desktop app, videos crop when going full-screen.

The same issue is here closed for literally no reason https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/issues/484

I'm currently on Linux, but had the same issue on Windows a few months ago.

Reproduction steps

  1. Install fluxer desktop app (flatpak).
  2. Try opening a video that is different from your desktop aspect ratio
  3. Instead of getting fit, it gets cropped.
