Voice channel join sound crackles

Summary

The join/entrance sound crackles when joining a voice channel. The leave/exit sound plays normally.

This happens in both the web app and the desktop app.

Attached is a recording of the join/leave sounds.

Steps to reproduce

1. Join a voice channel.
2. Listen to the join sound.
3. Leave the voice channel.
4. Compare it with the leave sound.

• Electron: 39.2.7
• OS: Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64)
• Desktop stable: 0.0.8
• Also happens in the web app
• Tested with different speakers/output devices
• Tried different Hz/sample-rate settings
• Restarted audio drivers
