Convert the whole project to a standard Apache 2.0 license.

Problem Statement

Now the project is shutting down there won't be any way to obtain a commercial license. To provide the greatest benefit to existing (and new) user, the codebase should use an open source license.

Proposed Solution

Relicense all the code under the Apache 2.0 license.
