Add OceanBase/seekdb as a new optional vector store backend

Feature Description

I am from oceanbase org and I wish this project can add oceanbase/seekdb(seekdb is the lite version of oceanbase) as a new vector store backend in order that some users can use it when needed.Besides,I also experience flowise and I think it is not difficult to add oceanbase as a new vdb backend.

If ok,I am willing to submit a PR and I am also willing to help to solve some problems about AI and storage in the near future.
