[Bug]: Fullscreen videos and websites

Bug Summary

After an update to [email protected] fullscreen videos don't work properly, websites don't work properly in fullscreen.

Reproduction Steps

Problem 1:

• go to a video streaming platform like youtube, rumble, bitchute
• play a video and press the full screen button
• video is full screen but the Windows taskbar hides the content on the bottom of the screen even though windows settings didn't change
• video controls are hidden behind the taskbar

Problem 2:

• go to any website, for example rumble
• pres F11 to open a website in full screen
• task bar is hidden now but...
• bring the cursor to the top to bring down tabs and the address bar
• they are semi-transparent now

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior:

Problem 1:

• Windows task bar should auto-hide in full screen videos

Problem 2:

• the tab and the address bar should be in color according to the chosen theme (as they are when the full screen is off)

Actual Behavior

To summarize, after a recent update full screen behavior of video streaming websites changed and the browser doesn't function properly with themes (in my case it's Photon).
