[Bug]: 12.18.0でパネルサイドバーと垂直タブを両方同じ側に配置し「カーソルを合わせた時にサイドバーを展開する」時の挙動について

Bug Summary

[email protected]へのアップデートにより垂直タブの「カーソルを合わせた時にサイドバーを展開する」関係の動作が多くが改善しましたが、タイトルの通り状況では現在も垂直タブ展開の挙動に不具合があります。

Reproduction Steps

1.垂直タブを有効にします 2.「カーソルを合わせた時にサイドバーを展開する」にチェックを入れます。「サイドバーを右側へ移動」が付いている場合は外します。 3.パネルサイドバーを有効にし、左に配置します。 4.パネルサイドバーで任意の項目を開きます。 5.垂直タブにマウスを載せます。

Expected Behavior

垂直タブがその場で展開される

Actual Behavior

垂直タブが一番左に移動してから展開される。 マウスを動かさないと、この動作が繰り返される。

当初は両方左と記載しましたが、追加確認した結果両方右でも同じ挙動となりました。 また、パネルサイドバーで項目を開いていない場合は、https://github.com/Floorp-Projects/Floorp/issues/1763 と同じ動作となっていました。
