[Bug]: Switching from split view into regular tabs doesn't load the correct webpage

Bug Summary

Switching from splitview into regular tabs results in frozen/invisible webviews

Reproduction Steps

1. Open several tabs
2. split said tabs
3. open new tab unrelated to the spit
4. switch to said tab from the split view
5. tab will have the wrong contents or nothing at all

Expected Behavior

Tabs would show the respective webview after switching from split view tabs

Actual Behavior

Tabs end up showing the incorrect webview content or nothing at all

Switching between two tabs repeatedly with non-split view tabs seems to fix the issue
