Request to add new UHF RFID App

Hello! I wanted to request that this new UHF RFID app be added to the firmware: https://github.com/haffnerriley/Simultaneous-UHF-RFID-FlipperZero

This app currently supports reading 150 UHF RFID tags per second, writing, saving, and displaying UHF RFID tags using the M6e nano reader. I plan on adding support for other reader modules in the future.

I have tested it with the most recent firmware and can confirm it works. Additionally, I have adhered to the coding style and guidelines.

Anything else?
