[Bug] MangoHud reports wrong value for Intel iGPU core clock.

Describe the bug

Hello there,

I'm pretty sure that the core clock MangoHud reports for my Intel Arc Graphics iGPU is wrong. For instance, under maximum load the core clock is ~1600 Mhz according to MangoHud, nvtop and Mission Center report however a core clock of 2250 Mhz (the iGPU's max core clock)

1. Open nvtop or Mission Center.
2. Launch a game with MangoHud overlay enabled.
3. Compare the values given for core clock.

Expected behavior

MangoHud showing the accurate core clock of the iGPU.
