Mangohud causes periodic stutters on Hogwarts Legacy, doesnt occur with Mesa overlay

Describe the bug

As the title says, there are periodic stutters with Mangohud on this title that even exposes itself in main menu or game settings menu.

List relevant hardware/software information

• Arch Linux
• Commit ff6e595 , i use this to fix some unrelated regression that occurred due this https://github.com/flightlessmango/MangoHud/commit/e96a0bf5afbc8f01b648a739bfd34379979c23cc
• GPU: AMD RX 7900 XTX

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Hogwarts Legacy ( on sale on both Steam and EGS currently)
2. Observe behaviour with Mangohud and without Mangohud
