'Use last region for GUI mode' does not work correctly for display UI scaling

Hi developers,

Great application. However i have been noticing that the feature 'Use last region for GUI mode' has not been working correctly for my linux system. The first capture for the selected area works great but subsequent captures leaves the default area at the wrong location and size.

Now when i was diagnosing this issue I noted the initial capture dimensions, so say they were "300x300", when i would take the next screenshot the new dimensions displayed of the captured area would be "150x150". Now I teseted out whether it might be that i use 200% user interface display scaling on my system given that if i kept it at 100% everything is so small that i cannot see whats on my screen without straining my eyes a lot(where i know this up scaling has caused issues in other applications in the past, but turning it off is not very viable). When i Reverted to 100% up scaling this 'Use last region for GUI mode' worked exactly as i would have expected.

Now confirming up scaling is the problem: I can imagine two methods of how this could be fixed - either write in the code a way on detecting if the display is up scaled and adjust for that automatically(probably more difficult) or add an option into the settings where the saved dimensions,coordinates could be adjusted with fairly basic math based on a enabled user setting input.

I had similar issues with the flatpak version too.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set user interface scale to over 100% in linux mint 22.3(or presumably any other ubuntu based distro)
2. Enable 'Use last region for GUI mode'
3. Select area and take screenshot
4. Take a further screenshot, the previously selected area size and location is wrong
