[promptlib] proxy {"cause":{}}

I'm currently trying to get my first response. I can't even get a working token back with the current version of the Github Copilot extension, so I've tried a few older versions. I'm now at 1.84.51, with which I can at least get a token back. However, when I try to get my first response back from a prompt, I get the following in the Output Console of my VSCode.

[INFO] [copilotIgnore] inactive [ERROR] [promptlib proxy] {"cause":{}}

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? I'm sure I'm overlooking something stupid that can be fixed relatively quickly, but I can't figure it out. Maybe someone here can help me. If you need more information, I can of course provide it later.
