[RFE]: Export banned content as json compliant

Export banned IP data as valid JSON

Description

When we use fail2ban banned data exported looks as json format but simple quote are used in variable names.

Considered alternatives

Replace simple to double quote

Any additional information

I've not found any related issue in history with banned and json keywords, I hope to have correctly searched.
