Cannot access AMD GPU (7900xtx) in Ubuntu(WSL2)

Now AMD officially support GPU in WSL2. I followed the official instruction to install the drive in the WSL2 system: Ubuntu 22.4 LTS. Afterwards, I create a virtual envoriment to install nougat-orc. Since the instruction specifically indicated that only windows user should install pytorch before install nougat-orc, I didn't manually install pytorch first. Afterwards, I could run nougat properly but it cannot detect GPU.

I am wondering if there is additional steps that I need to perform.
