New release for serde_bser crate?

The current release 0.4.0 of serde_bser does not build on big-endian hosts since it does not include https://github.com/facebook/watchman/pull/1238 to fix the build. This requires several downstream packagers and users of jujutsu (jj) to add patches, see, e.g., https://github.com/jj-vcs/jj/issues/9992, https://github.com/NetBSD/pkgsrc/commit/cacc43230707ee8658694cb89486c0f774ac503a, https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/commit/0e6502295721b0ee2f56d0482e21477d3e0e6f52, https://github.com/openbsd/ports/commit/14c6d5fe1adc78ecc1dba49afa78b81939e98cd7.
It would be super nice if this bit of friction could be removed eventually.
