[FEAT] Redesign the Power Menu to be less intrusive (e.g., smaller popup)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I click the power button on the Seelen UI topbar, the Power Menu opens up in full-screen mode, taking up the entire display. While functional, having these options spread across the whole screen is not visually appealing and feels overly intrusive for a simple power action.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the Power Menu to be redesigned as a smaller, more elegant popup or dropdown menu that appears near the power button (similar to standard OS menus), rather than covering the entire screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative could be keeping the full-screen layout but reducing the size of the icons and adding a blur effect, but a localized popup widget would feel much more native and user-friendly.

Additional context Currently, the giant icons (Lock, Sign out, Shut down, etc.) dominate the display. A compact widget would better match the sleek aesthetic of the rest of the Seelen UI.
