[BUG] Seelen and all Seelen Interfaces hang and don't respond after some changes

Description of the issue

When I make some changes in settings, for example changing the windows accent colour or turning off "Suspend widgets in game mode" setting, the entire UI and all of the interfaces added by Seelen freeze and I get the loading wheel cursor while hovering over them. Sometimes if I use three fingers on the trackpad (I can't minimise apps using the dock because it is unresponsive) to minimise all apps, everything unfreezes and works, but it doesn't work every time.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change Windows accent colour or turn OFF "Suspend widgets in game mode" in Seelen UI settings
2. Press save
3. Interfaces and the Seelen UI app become unresponsive

Expected behavior

The changes should go through fine and update instantly
