[BUG] Seelen starts and doesn't work

Seelen starts and doesn't work

Seelen UI starts, but the UI process (Seelen-UI.exe) keeps restarting and never stays running.

The slu-service process continues running normally, while Seelen-UI.exe repeatedly starts and then closes/restarts.

This happens with both Seelen UI 2.8.2 and 2.7.4.

To reproduce

1. Install and launch Seelen UI.
2. Wait for Seelen UI to start.
3. Observe the Seelen UI process in Task Manager.
4. Seelen-UI.exe starts and then repeatedly restarts.
5. While this happens, the Windows taskbar disappears and the Win/Super key does not work. Ctrl + Esc still works.
6. The desktop wallpaper temporarily changes to the default Windows wallpaper for around 10 seconds before changing back.

Expected behavior

Seelen UI should start normally and keep Seelen-UI.exe running.

The Seelen taskbar/dock should remain available, the Win/Super key should work normally, and the desktop wallpaper should not temporarily switch to the default Windows wallpaper.

Additional context

• Seelen UI versions tested: 2.8.2 and 2.7.4
• Operating system: Windows 11 24H2
• Windows system language: English
• Installation: Standalone
• The issue occurs with both 2.8.2 and 2.7.4.
• slu-service.exe remains running while seelen-ui.exe repeatedly restarts.
• Windows Event Viewer does not show an obvious error related to Seelen UI when this happens.
• The Windows taskbar disappears while Seelen UI is running.
• The Win/Super key stops working, but Ctrl + Esc still works.
• The desktop wallpaper temporarily switches to the default Windows wallpaper for around 10 seconds.
• Closing Seelen UI restores normal Windows behavior.
