[BUG] App menu folder app interface stuck

Description of the issue

In apps folder first app get stucked or freezed element on it

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hit the Windows button to open start menu
2. Drag one drop one app to another for make folder
3. Open folder

Expected behavior

App will become focused only if I hold cursor on it
