TangleGuard for dependency rules

I've created some dependency rules for this repository using TangleGuard, see https://app.tangleguard.com/project/github.com/evrone/go-clean-template?depth=2

TangleGuard ensures that the dependency rules don't get violated, or in other words, that the structure of the template here does not erode over time.

Could be nice addition in the repository. I can make a PR with the dependency rules configuration :)
