Help! Missing node.dll & missing ffmpeg.dll. Can't open Ethereum Wallet latest version Windows 64. Unsavvy user

Hi I am unsavvy with computers and even more raw with the blockchain technology .

I downloaded the latest version and managed to successfully open a wallet.

The problem is when I close the wallet and attempt to re open it the message: "The program can't start because node.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" followed by: "The program can't start because ffmpeg.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".

What does this mean?

I did manage to open the wallet only if I "run" the program again through Winrarr, essentially expanding the Zip file again. The wallet address is the same.

My concern with reinstalling is that I might loose some ether I bought and transferred from my Bitcoin wallet.

Again sorry about the lack of technical depth, its all abit confusing to me. Please help!
