Welcome screen not refreshed

Hello,
When I create and delete a note with the token, also tried without the token. Etherpad says that the note is deleted but the welcome screen still shows it. Why please ?
Etherpad Docker 3.3.3 + dirtydb. Same behaviour using Postgres.
