What would you like to be added?

We should create a medium-complete agents.md for this repo, in order to raise the quality of submissions from folks using AI assisance.

Kubernetes' file is here.

Why is this needed?

We're getting lots of AI-assisted contributions. A good agents.md could improve quality and cut down on volume (a lot are duplicates).
