11.0.0 Tests fail on OpenBSD

Webtransport tests fail on OpenBSD. Is any specific OS support required for that feature?

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• git clone
• git checkout 11.0.0
• cargo test

Expected behavior

The tests pass

• OS: OpenBSD
• Version: 8.0-current
