Port to Kotlin

This project is currently implemented in Java. Since everyone knows and agrees that Kotlin is the successor to Java, we should immediately prioritize a full migration to Kotlin to ensure long-term maintainability, improved developer happiness, and alignment with modern JVM best practices.

This initiative will unlock significant stakeholder value and position the project for future scalability.
