"❌ [Openai Issue]: unknown: Container is not running." error does not turn the beam red

What's happening?

I am occasionally getting truncated responses from OpenAI Astra model ending with

❌ [Openai Issue]: unknown: Container is not running.

But the beam does not turn red to indicate incomplete/errored out response.

I am also not seeing token count or cost information when I hover the mouse over OpenAI icon in the top left corner of the beam.
