Successors: Ghosts 14 Fails To Trigger Final Condition To Move On To Ghosts 15

Describe the bug

I was playing at 2AM and just ended up save file editing to get around this and didn't keep a record. So will try explain this in as much detail as possible.

This on waypoint condition will not trigger after visting the 3 target sectors for me and ends up being the only one for the mission left in my save file.

I first tried changing the trigger in my save from on waypoint to on complete. Which when I landed at the origin point it did trigger, but then Ghost 15 refused to trigger when flying to Kasii-Sola.

So then I just gave up and flagged Ghost 15 as completed and the mission chain then successfully kicked off Ghost 16. Everything else worked all the way through the end as intended.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Ghost 14
2. Visit the three target sectors
3. on waypoint fails to trigger.

Expected Behavior

Triggers Ghost 15
